2006 Estate Gewürztraminer
Your nose finds rosewater, mandarin orange and lychee. The palate, underlined by tannins and supple acidity, is lively, full and elegant, combining flavours of grapefruit, apricot and ginger. more info
2005 Cabernet Merlot
The nose presents mocha, coffee, toast and oak-vanilla. The firm tannins will soften with age. Flavours of cocoa, strawberry, blackberry, truffle, nutmeg, and proscutto greet the palate. more info
2005 Moira Vineyard Chardonnay
This wine has a gentle yet complex bouquet, with pear, apricot, pineapply, vanilla and linalool. The rich body is enhanced by flavours of ginger, butterscotch, cinnmon and clove. the tangy acidity demonstrates the wine's minerality leading to a crisp, refreshing finish. more info
2005 Moira Vineyard Pinot Noir
Opens on the nose with suggestions of clove and black cherry with undertones of mocha and vanilla. In your mouth, intense, spicy flavours of plum, cherry and cocoa combine with velvety tannis. more info
2006 Cabernet Franc Icewine (Almost Gone)
The classic full flavours of Cabernet Franc stand out in our icewine. Aromas of strawberry glaze and apricot, followed by a surprisingly fresh and lively palate, expressing ripe strawberry and caramel.
